    Rooms not maintained, no hot water in bath room, room not cleaned and poor hygiene condition in breakfast room

    It's not up to the mark. No standard inside the room bad maintainance by svm group.

    Location of the hotel is good, but the condition of the hotel is not at all good. There is full seepage smell in the whole hotel, rooms are smelling like anything. Linen and towels are not washed properly and have marks all over them. Thing that makes the stay worse for a traveler is the attitude of the person at the reception. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. Bathrooms are completely scaled, showers are not working properly. Aver-all a very bad experience, i specially want to highlight the behavior of the person sitting at the reception which was very rude.

    Location of hotel is very good. Restaurant food is good. Service need to be improved. Rooms are comfortable. Water flow in bathroom need to be corrected.
